Hi,
I'm going to Paris in a few weeks time and wondered if there was any particular Galleries I should visit as a contemporary / urban art fan? or pieces of street art I must go and see.
Any advice or thoughts would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
Odog

Many thanks Odog IF you could only visit one museum, I'd recommend hitting up Centre Pompidou, especially later at night when it isn't crowded, and you can see Paris lit up from the staircase

i really like Musee D'orsay. While in line to get in, there's an invader across the street: www.google.com/maps/@48.860268,2.325011,3a,15y,255.29h,91.45t/data=!3m8!1e1!3m6!1sz1Vu7CXf3IcAAAQfCLfq5A!2e0!3e11!6s%2F%2Fgeo3.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3Dz1Vu7CXf3IcAAAQfCLfq5A%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dsearch.TACTILE.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D181.76245%26pitch%3D0!7i5000!8i2500

Also going to head towards Louvre to see the architecture and try to spot any little invaders etc. You wont have much trouble spotting invaders but you will bump into lots of people whilst doing so My missus reaped havoc on the streets and pavements stopping abruptly without notice to take yet another picture of yet another invader. They are everwhere but we had lots of success particularly in the St Germain area when over for the weekend in February, some of them quite unusual or high points scorers if you play the invader spotting game ! You'd need to be really sharp eyed but im sure Pahnl left quite a few of his "little people" stencils throughout the city when he visited earlier this year, no idea where they are, pop him a note and he may tell you as he's a top bloke.

Thanks a bunch, sounds like I will be playing I spy with m'lady. Can't wait Orsay is one of the greatest ( museum in an old railway station ) for Nabis, Imprsseionists, expressionists etc... Le Louvre is great to visit too. As Picasso Museum. You have also at Dengert Rochereau ( where I used to live ) ,the Catacombs ofParis with kilometers under Paris and mountains of skills and head skulls ( it was a cement art at a period ) Beaubourg as said Fed is great too !youhave anyway Frank Lefeuvre ( Invaders gallery ) and Le Marais that's I'll too :-)

Paris is amazing, everyone must go. So much to see. We stayed right next to Odeon metro station. Visited Le Louvre, Dali Museum in Montmartre and Centre Pompidou. Too many galleries and other things we stopped at to mention. One of the most surprising things to see was the skyline, unlike London, they've restricted the building of high rise flats and offices... Please go ;-) thanks for all the advice
