Was it printed on really thick paper, with loads of really thick paint applied to the really thick paper before it was screen printed onto really thick paper, and was it sent in a really thick tube that smelled strongly of really thick paint on really thick paper when the really thick tube was opened? Prints like that are so much better than prints that aren't like that, aren't they. |

Who knows? could be self PR. If it was just about getting his art out to the people why hasn't he produced cheap open editions? and imho he could easily do more for charity rather than supporting the labour party.
I'm a banksy owner and can afford more if I wanted but choose not to.

Even if Banksy gave the answer doesn't mean my opinion changes. I could think he's bullshitting as he wouldn't say he's in it for the money.

I am still trying to figure out what the BOTI video with the ant nests meant (did he expect people to sell sand attributed to this work on eBay? or what?)... And that sphinge? I am sure there was a meaning behind it, but I do not know what it was...
