Just a thought, and bear with it. If the council really don't know anything about this venture and it's not got licenses and permits, they would be well within their rights to shut it down as soon as it opens. I'm sure most of us have experienced in some way the workings of local councils and there would be one jobsworth that would relish putting up some enforcement notice for the wrong usage or claiming (rightly or wrongly) it's danger to the public. Hopefully Banksy's people are already on the case. I heard that local councillor, Isaac Hunt, has already been spotted in a hi-viz vest, with hard helmet (@bob) and clipboard, stroking his chin and looking quarrelsome. Could be made up though. |

Secretariat was the best American.
Dancing Brave the best English ( I saw him a lot of times in live, a monster ! ) .
For me Arazi ( French one ) was the best miler of all times ! Incredible , last one at the begenning of the race !
I was fan , then of horses , no street-art, but rock also ...

Anyway, that wind turbine is AWESOME. They should all look like that. It would certainly brighten up the coast and countryside. Plus, the birds might be able to spot this ones and not get rotorvated.
