Make your weekend one to remember by taking the time, if you are near Wales as Dale Marshall is having an open studio event this Saturday. "Open studio this Saturday , Y Dolydd Llanfyllin SY22 5LD 10 - 3pm. The site is open for the public to look around this sombre but beautiful building." Did anyone make this? @ferralthings ? |

Did anyone make this? @ferralthings ? No, unfortunately I already had plans for the weekend and couldn't make it. I did just pick up this today from the framers though - I like how Dale has distilled his work down to its base elements in these little postcards:  |

timl They were part of Dales "Beauty in the Wound" show at www.sozegallery.com I think they still have some pieces from the show available. Get in contact with Toowee at the gallery.

I reached out to Toowee and sadly all the postcards are gone. They did have some of the watercolors still but none that I really loved. If anyone has a postcard they want to get rid of let me know!

I own both of those two that Dale did, and can honestly say, they are smashing! Someone should jump on that one as they sure don't pop up too often, never mind at that price.

feralthings just love that piece and how you have framed it..the framing really sets the piece turning it into small large piece. Really nice congrats

Lovely to see Dale getting the attention his work deserves . For me he is one of the stand out artists to emerge from this scene. His work is beautiful but not in the conventional sense it's beauty is scared and scarred , vunerable ,almost hidden ,sometimes ,quiet literally, stitched together .
