Because that's American democracy. Majority of people are very ignorant and ill-informed. Yes, the majority. If they could, that mob would throw Obama off a cliff today. The same for Bush 8 years ago and Clinton 16 years ago... and so on and so on. Two party system doesn't work. Our system of capitalism doesn't work. Our schools don't work. And increasingly, our people don't work. (See what I did there?) It will take a horrid decision by the American people (Trump) to really change things. At first for the worse, and finally for the better. Trump would cause the majority of rube Americans to finally look at themselves in the mirror, question their motivations, question their beliefs, question the system, get their heads out of their asses, and begin to pay attention to the world around them and not just CONSUME. Do you think it would ultimately be a good thing for America if they went through a period of President Trump? As I wrote above, yes. Like a prostate exam that ultimately discovers cancer. It ain't pleasant... To be clear, I am not voting for him, but there are many more who will, if given the chance. And it's looking that they will.

Think your right shady. I reckon he has a very fair chance of winning.
After Obhama the Democrat quite likely that it will go Republican regardless of who stands
With ISIS, Iran, China and Russia he is telling them what they want to hear.
He is a big personality and they kinda love it so not sure Hillary will beat him although Her hubby might level it a bit.
What will be interesting is if Trump takes the presidency and the Republicans take Congress and have majorities in the house and senate. He could actually not only be president but on current figures he could become a very powerful one if my understanding is right!!

Think we're doing Americans a huge disservice to say that they'll vote in this buffoon.

I was hoping to get even money on here (winky face thing) Apparently £1,000,000 has been bet in the UK against him winning, and only £80,000 that he will win...

So it looking more and more like Trump will erode his way to a nomination. The republicans have the option of disregarding his cv and application but that's not going to happen. Then they may face another decade in the wilderness as they attempt to rid themselves of all things trump & see if they can source a middle ground that may make them electable. Cruz is definitely not a friend of the middle ground.
What I do find a little disappointing is the way that in Europe Trumps supporters are too often sloppily demeaned as ignorant dispossessed reactionary fucks and usually eminently lollable members of the boondocks idiotariat. Dangerous game.

Not only do I reckon he will get nominated also think he will get in. As said in previous post I doubt it will be a democrat again and the fact that there is no really strong democrat I think the republican nomination will get it. Which looks likely to be trump

Trump is a breath of fresh air to the ranks of perenially fucked off voters who cannot remember the good times. He ticks the boxes. he is not an administrator. I think I have lectured at length on here about the creeping corporatisation of top drawer politics since WW2.The old adage scrawled on bus stops about voting being pointless, as they always get in is more true than ever. One hundred years ago, neither the PM nor the Chancellor were public school and Oxbridge. Both has a professional meatspace life before politics. Our current incumbent brace have never worked a fucking day in their cosseted lives. and we willingly choose these cunts to run the country.Their country
We are fucked. I would welcome Donald Trump in to shake things up a bit*
*pretty much sarcasm. pretty much.

Obviously, as a reasonable person I find Trump loathsome, as would any right minded individual. However,. as someone just to the left of Marx, I have found the mainstream media/establishment/careerist politico response to the grassroots love for Corbyn despicable and sinister. Given this, whilst I deplore the mouth breathing, bovine fuckwits that cheer and celebrate the rise of a silver spoon chomping racist, they have views too and I understand their frustrations that these are not represented. The failure, in my opinion, is the short term 'fuck you' policy that the fiscally endowed have pursued. They have brought this upon us. Obviously, it is the poor who will suffer, it always is.

I doubt trump would have left 5000 terrorists back into US like has happened in Europe ready to cause chaos!! And saying these things are what the U.S public want to hear. They don't want war no more, refugees, terrorists.. Leave the Middle East sort it's own shit out!! he could we'll get in. Thing is If he gets in he will be just another puppet anyway.
Man I can't listen to Clinton either.. I switch the news off when both of them are on.. Looks like we've got election coming up here in OZ again, one of two shit parties will get in and it's the same shit over an over again... it gets tiresome.

Googled the sentence and see it comes from the Daily Mail 'article' from 19 February 2016. That explains it.

Good post that, and agree the whole world is going down the American route of consuming, even Asian countries. So much debt and another GFC likely it's going to end in tears. I went to re finance my mortgage yesterday they were trying to give me all sorts..I felt like saying 'Stop trying to offer me more money i just want to pay off my loan quick smart so I can fuck you guys off!!' hate banks. and I have some shares of Boston Dynamic and will be rich ... investors-Hillary, trump, barack, angela, soros, norbok etc. .. . versions of combat ... soon in Europe (France, Belgium, Germany, UK etc.) (And drones are already unfashionable-we are cultured in Europe ps. yes,yes .. so it is just a movie ... RoboCop (2014) ,,The point is, ladies and gentlemen, that greed, for lack of a better word, is good. Greed is right, greed works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Greed, in all of its forms: greed for life, for money, for love, knowledge, has marked the upward surge of mankind. And greed, you mark my words, will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA.,, -https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Wall_Street_(1987_film)

Fuck human rights if they want to be jihads let them stay in the Middle East. Same with these clerics brainwashing kids through the UK and Europe eg ..send them back also. Things are going to get a lot worse.

No unsubtle points going to be rammed home in the rest ofvthe article. Who is the 'they' you keep referring to? Where are you 'sending back' people born in this, and other, European countries?

The quote in the article by one of the Europol Directors is that these are 5000 named on a Europol list. So actually one can assume that it's actually higher than this.
It really is a mess and it's gonna get worse.

'They' - the 5000 yes born in Europe but decide to go to the Middle East to train and learn to kill innocent people like 35 yesterday who were waiting to go on holiday, a happy time. They've been let back in and now there will be a huge shit storm. They should have been stopped at the airport, detained and flown back to fight with their 'brothers'. But no it did not happen as people have gone to fucking soft 'oh but you can't lock them up what about their human rights' .. Fuck their rights!! Europe will have to change, closed borders, tighter security as these events will become more regular.. Total nightmare!! So far Australia has done a good job not leaving many refugees in and have controlled somewhat these jihadists who have returned apparently.
