Are there any other boxing fans on here. In the UK the actual fight is scheduled for around 4am anyone else staying up or setting their alarms to watch it.

It's going to be tough for him to knockout Mayweather as that guy has a jaw made of steel and can take a punch better than most, hopefully he will do a little better than just holding his own and nick it on points. Whatever the the outcome it's guaranteed to be a great fight. |

Fuck that hype... Heavyweight is the real deal. Never heard of these guys until it was hyped every damn football match in sky. Now, i'd have to pay 20€ to watch it live... Fuck you Sky!

Hoping there will be some streams available as I'm not paying £19.99 on Sky PPV. The PPV price in the US is even higher, something like $80; madness. This fight has probably taken too long in the making, but hopefully it will still be decent.

I've begrudgingly paid the PPV price but for sure you will be able to stream it live. The fight will definitely be decent. One of the rare occasions something lives up to the hype.

Dont see anything other than Floyd winning on points with his defensive methodical style. If Manny can turn the clock back and produce a 100% performance and catch him with combinations then who knows. Manny will make this fight interesting as I think Freddie Roach really thinks they have a way to beat Floyd.

But if Paquiao keeps his cool and doesn't let his temper get the better of him he can beat him. He's supposedly a different person since he's found religion and if that's true and it's changed him as a person it might (mentally) give him that edge he needs to beat Mayweather. |

I take it you don't watch much boxing then? This is the fight that everyone has wanted to see. Admittedly a bit late in their careers, but none the less a meeting of two of the best pound for pound fighters ever. Would love Pacman to put the gobby shite on his arse, but think it will be mayweather on points. |

I usually root for money mayweather but I think I will be rooting for pacman on this one. about 5 years to late but should still be a fun atmosphere and hopefully a decent fight.

I will be going for Manny, not a big fan of Mayweather. He's a great boxer, I just don't like him as a person. If Manny can take the first 4 rounds and steal some of the later rounds, he might have a slight chance on winning. But a KO is his best bet, because he won't get the win if it comes to a decision.

I will be watching, agree with everyone and want manny to win, people never want the big heads/posers/loud mouths/wankers to win. Over they years there has been many and everyone loves seeing them get knocked out, but may weather is favourite for a reason, he's got everything and he'll of a boxer.. Big money indeed, I'm thinking manny in the 9th round...
