Got to admit, does nothing for me Likewise. Unless this Gonefellow is Banksy, this is nothing more than some kind of tribute to the real thing and for me would be put into a similar category as WCP. Although clearly there is some uniqueness to this image. I just hope it's not marketed as "we're 99% sure it's not Banksy". |

I took Letiss' comment to mean if Banksy had produced it, it would be a take on his creation, an additional, erm, addition to the canon of work from New York. If it is not then it is simply an interpretation, a representation of an artists work. I do think there is a distinction...

GF is the mate of the " Banksy 's little ( lol ) Helpers " , and as - I remember that Fragile contacted GF on the other forum when he saw this remixed print - thely like him, they sort out a print of him. |

I get what your saying but to be honest I only own one Banksy print and only like a couple of his pieces.silver flag and grin reaper are my favorites,i was about to pull the trigger on a reaper last month but changed my mind and purchased a few works from other artists for the same cost. I'm happy just seeing his work on the street as just don't like his stuff enough to warrant 10k plus. |

I love Banksy as much as anyone but I don't make a lot of money and if I was able to save up for a year and have $5K in my piggy bank, I'd much rather spend that on a nice vacation overseas. that's just for unsigned. a signed one would mean a new car instead of the jalopy I have now. but that's just my situation. some people are more well off than me and a Banksy print might just mean coach instead of first class. more power to 'em so for me, buying a piece of art really only needs to answer 2 questions - do I like it, and can I afford it? yes, who the artist is factors in to how much I'd be willing to spend, but doesn't effect my enjoyment of the image. i really love the GF truck image. in fact it cracks me up for a number of reasons, mostly because of the Banksy connection and what is implied with the image. but there's tons of artwork out there that plays off of Banksy that does nothing for me... I wouldn't buy something solely because it nods to Banksy, but it also doesn't preclude me from getting one either what were we talking about again? |

Looking forward to seeing what is being released.
It's all very interesting and the truck piece is quite funky in my opinion.
I am not one for copies but think this has enough humour and separation for it it to be that way although it is Banksy Esk for want of s better description.
Think I will try and pic one up if the price is good as I really like the truck image. Have a little canvas one of the truck made from when Mr B gave the image as a download. one of my favorite Banksy pieces that I have. This for me is another nice tweak to that. Like its humour on Banksy work
