This is what Gonefellow has added to Banksys truck. The rest is identical. The images on the walls are Banksys. No artistic input here. Here's the driver. Is this great art? And here's the original driver.

If I was to judge Gonefellow as an artist based on that driver...

It's the styling and the work is very similar and the methodology. Now could be just a close imitation tribute. Which is what it is said to be. But as say there are some uncanny similarities and methodologies for me. Think it's quite intriguing But Dumbo and the original truck (and all other prints for that matter) were done by the same man right? The artist who signs his prints with Banksy. Banksy's style varies all the time. And Gonefellow made the parody, which is very clever and shows amazing skill. If you really think that Gonefellow also did the original and perhaps even dumbo and dismaland maps etc then you suggest Gonefellow works with Banksy? And therefore creates pieces for/with Banksy? Thanks for telling me what I think. But your wrong as If I wanted to say that I would have. Your very definite on your thoughts but they are not based on any specific facts. There are questions about this work it's origin, the artist etc for me and there is some quirkiness about it. I do not have the awnsers or the solutions to those questions. What's interesting is nor does anyone else. So they do remain open in my view.

... i remember I used to think Meek, Ghostboy, and/or El Chivo were all Banksy "side projects" at one point. who knows Yes, El Chivo was a suspect for a while. But here are two of his pieces from july 2006 (my pix). The first one is Banksy look-a-like, but not the second.
