I received email below on the 11th August:
How are you?
Zero Time is still being produced by our printers so I will send you an update as soon as it is ready!
On another note, I just wanted to invite you to our Summer Drinks Party at the Gallery on Friday 21rst August from 7pm.
We will be celebrating the end of our current exhibition with Thierry Noir, the first artist who painted on the Berlin wall in the 80s, who has created one of the most spectacular exhibitions we have organised at the Gallery to date.
There will be live music and cocktails and if you are free I would be happy for you to come.
You are also welcome to bring a guest along with you, but as this event is on invite only, please make sure to confirm their names before hand.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Best,
Francesca

So they sell these prints before they are even made? Not sure I like that approach.

So they sell these prints before they are even made? Not sure I like that approach. Completely agree with this and it's something that's bugged me with many art releases. For me a release should be when the prints are tubed up, ready to have labels put on them and sent to the post office within a few days. That's the way the best (in terms of customer service) such as Faile and Invader normally go about their business. Many other artists and galleries are more than happy to take the money but drag their feet in actually delivering anything.

I'm with you both on this too, very frustrating. Not a small amount of money either for this print.

Incidentally I'm still waiting for my refund on the damaged Hat trick print!

Must admit I'm feeling a little uncomfortable about this release. I reserved and paid for it mid July and find out it's not printed yet. Francesca has been really good to deal with and has apologised for the delay but waiting for over a month from release date (and two months since I paid for it) isn't great customer service.

So, still no news?
I'm thinking of setting up a business right, the premis of that is that you pay me £380 for something. The caveat of that is that once you pay me, I can't provide you with any visibility on when I'll provide you with the goods you paid for.
If anyone out there is happy with that arrangement then please PM me, because I'll provide that lack of certainty for less then £380.00.
Fucking shambles......Ron English associated himself with whatever that pricks name was and he 'missed' the career defining moment which could've been........

That's really not great veralynn I've just looked back through my emails from them and I was originally offered to be on the waiting list for Zero time back in April!!! and that they'd definitely started taking reservations on May 2nd! It's going to be 5 months from then until they arrive. Such a shame.

really incredible. I don't see how they can justify the wait. I mean, they obviously designed and burned the screens already. so what can possibly be causing this much delay?

Good news all! Just had the email. Looks like they are going to start shipping end of next week. Nice gesture of a 10% discount and free worldwide shipping off any screenprint from their website for the prolonged wait on "Zero Time" and 2 new Ghadyanloo prints 15th December. £420 each Ironically the price has gone up by £40 on the upcoming Ghadyanloo releases and with the discount of £42 takes it back down to the same price as "Zero Time" roughly.....haha

Good info - you're massively the gallery.
Assuming you order the new prints at the inflated price, are they likely to arrive prior to 2017? I which case is the price increase just an implied inflation adjustment?

How many prints are they producing in a year for this artist? I've gone from loving the concept to thinking enough already.

IggyWiggy Doesn't mention anything on the website. When you click on the "Zero Time" image it states hand finishing, but when clicking on images of the new prints no hand finishing is mentioned Cant be sure but it looks like a no

Well it doesn't look like the image on their website. I think it may have needed more layers. Are you pleased with it delloy?
