A respectful doffing of today's killer headwear (a resplendently majestic fascinator, in case you were wondering) in your general direction, and, too all, Sir. UmBongo

Hi Lee!
Great thing you're doing. I'll dig up a piece for the community auction as well!

I could donate any of these unique original 1/1 photos if there would be a possibility that any of them would bring some money? http://instagr.am/p/1_b0Ndkx7D There are some gorgeous images there @bored.

Thank you so much!! You pick three of them and I'll donate the three ones you pick. I'm far too neurotic with this kind of selection stuff. Dr. Plip

We'd like to donate a couple of Di-Faced Tenners and a special edition of The Outsiders book, highest bidder gets the lot. Only caveat is we'll run the auction exclusively for members of this forum to save getting lost amongst the plethora of shonky Tenners on eBay. If everyone's ok with that we'll get it together next week. wow awesome. We've always known this, but this just proves that Laz is top class all the way

Where's coach when I need him? Hello? Great timing. Hello coach. Nord has very kindly agreed to donate 3 images (out of several) for the Nepal auction. She's suggesting that I choose which ones. I can never choose anything though. Takes me days. Do you have any favourites from those images?

Lots of pieces worth chasing, especially for a good cause. Do I understand correctly that, other than the few already on the bay, there will be a coordinated release on everything up for bid?

I neglected to mention, I'll be adding this Handiedan print into the mix for our community auction.
My other two eBay auctions are up to 200 already with almost a week to go!

I touched a bit before on being against using the red cross for countless reasons, but I'd like everyone to take 5 minutes to see this report on how the over $10 billion was spent in Haiti for their earthquake relief. Even more horrible is this standard and not the exception to how these corrupt organizations work. Vice was brave enough to investigate Haiti but the same can be found with every major disaster where "aid" is allocated. The last time I personally looked into this the Red Cross alone had been audited only twice in it's history and both times was found have billions unaccounted for with zero repercussions.
Please watch this short investigation and it hopefully will change how you / we look into where our $ goes.
If you have HBO and can watch the full episode please do as it goes into the jaw dropping miss appropriation of funds there including million dollar soccer fields, lavish homes communities for "non profit" only workers while sourrounding cities of Haitians don;t even have running water, bathrooms or electricity and an amazing $400 billion industrial city which was far away and unaffected by the quake and owned by an Asian company praying off Haiti for their cheap labor to make cloths. Best part is this facility was planned to go up before the quake and their connections got it built by this "aid" money. Can only imagine the kickback on that deal.
